YUI Seasonal Set
It is a self-serving style. All foods will be placed pleasantly on the servicing area (usually the kitchen island or a long table). On your catering day, we will arrive at the venue 1-2 hours prior to the dining start time for preparation.
We may use the stove and/or oven at the venue. Please let us know if they are not available.
We will provide all serving utensils and dishes and will clean them as well as the equipment we used before departure.
Please send us some pictures of your kitchen and servicing area, so that we can plan ahead.
Please pay the full amount to book. Any cancellation within 7 days is subject to a cancellation fee, which is 35% of the menu cost plus tax. Groups of 30+ require 3 weeks’ booking notice.
